These Terms of Service apply to all mobile games provided by DodoSoft ("we," "us," or "our"), including Neon Drop Arcade, Snackcade, and any future titles (collectively, the "Services").
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Services. By installing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Services: All mobile games and related content provided by DodoSoft
- User: Any person who uses the Services under these Terms
- Content: All digital materials provided through the Services, including games, graphics, music, and text
3. Acceptance and Modification of Terms
These Terms take effect when you install and start using the Services. We may modify these Terms from time to time, provided that such modifications comply with applicable law. Material changes will be announced through in-app notice or on our website.
4. Services Provided
We provide the following:
- Mobile game app download and gameplay
- Free service supported by advertising
- Optional benefits via rewarded advertisements
- App updates and bug fixes
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Accounts
The Services do not require account creation. All game records are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device may result in the loss of saved records. We are not responsible for such losses.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Services (graphics, sounds, code, designs, characters, trademarks, etc.) is owned by DodoSoft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Use cheats, bots, hacking tools, or any other unauthorized means
- Copy, distribute, or modify the source code or assets of the Services
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Services
- Circumvent or manipulate the advertising system
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of third parties
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Advertising
The Services are free of charge and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob.
- Interstitial Ads: May be shown after gameplay sessions or at certain intervals.
- Rewarded Ads: Optionally viewed by users to receive in-game benefits (e.g., continue after game over).
- Banner Ads: May be displayed persistently on certain screens.
Ad content is provided by third parties (Google AdMob and advertisers). We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of such content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, network failures, etc.)
- Service issues caused by your own actions
- Errors or disruptions in third-party services (advertising, payment systems, etc.)
- Compatibility issues due to device malfunction or OS updates
- Data loss on your device
- Damages arising from information obtained through the Services
Where liability is recognized, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Service Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services in the following cases:
- Operational or technical necessity
- Economic circumstances making continued service impossible
- Legal or regulatory requirements
We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice for material changes or termination via in-app announcement or on our website.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where DodoSoft is located as the court of first instance.
