These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Services. By installing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms take effect when you install and start using the Services. We may modify these Terms from time to time, provided that such modifications comply with applicable law. Material changes will be announced through in-app notice or on our website.

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Some Services store records only on your device without sign-in. StarGuardians creates an anonymous account on first launch and, at your option, can link it to Google or Apple to provide cloud records, PvP, auction, and related features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure and must not use another person's account.
You may request account deletion in StarGuardians under Settings > Account Management or through our Account and Data Deletion page. Uninstalling the app alone does not automatically delete the server account or its data.
All content included in the Services (graphics, sounds, code, designs, characters, trademarks, etc.) is owned by DodoSoft or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Services are free of charge and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob.
Ad content is provided by third parties (Google AdMob and advertisers). We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of such content.
Some Services offer paid Virtual Items through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Payment, withdrawal, and refund rights are governed by applicable law and the relevant store policy. Virtual Items are not legal tender and may not be redeemed for cash or traded outside the Services except through features we expressly provide.
Some StarGuardians packs contain randomized results. Applicable probabilities and guarantee rules are available in the in-app probability information before purchase, and we manage the system so the displayed probabilities match those applied.
Coupons and promotional rewards may be subject to per-account limits, expiration dates, regions, or other stated conditions. Fraudulent acquisition, transfer, resale, or automated redemption is prohibited. Where permitted by law, we may revoke rewards or restrict access if an erroneous grant or abuse is confirmed.
The Services may link to external sites such as Discord, Reddit, and YouTube for notices and support. Activity and personal-data handling on those sites are governed by each operator's terms and privacy policy; posts on external communities are not in-game Content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where DodoSoft is located as the court of first instance.
